Landowner Authorization Form

The Forest Sustainability Program staff routinely need to monitor wooded areas and wood lots (some of which is private property) in order to follow Spongy Moth Population growth and movement throughout the year, track tree health, and determine the best way to treat invasive pests in Bay County.

The Forest Sustainability Program is always looking to add more properties to our Spongy Moth monitoring list to better understand where treatment needs to take place.  In order to conduct routine yearly monitoring, staff rely on the cooperation and support of Bay County Landowners.

Below is a link to the Landowner Authorization Form.  None of the information you provide will be shared outside of our office.  If you are interested in having your property monitored for Spongy Moth, please fill out this form and send it to lowellj@baycounty.net. Thank you for your cooperation and support of the Bay County Forest Sustainability Program.
