Health and Wellness Fair

Department on Aging, in collaboration with other Bay County agencies, and with a grant from Region VII Area Agency on Aging, is holding a Health and Wellness Fair on Friday, September 14, in the Small Gym at the Bay County Community Center, 800 J. F. Kennedy Drive, Bay City. The Health Fair is intended for those age 60 and better and will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a hot lunch served from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

There will be a variety of different vendors from Bay County, such as 9-1-1, the Sheriff Department, Mosquito Control, the Health Department, the Housing Commission, the Community Center, and Veterans' Services. There will also be a number of agencies from the community. 

The Sheriff Department will bring the "Drug Take Back" barrel for prescription drug drop-off, and there will be prizes and giveaways as well. There will be something for everyone!
