Michael K. Gray is the Assistant County Executive for Recreation and Administrative Services, as well as the Public Information Officer for Bay County.  Mr. Gray also serves as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator for county government. His office is located with County Administration on the fourth floor of the Bay County Building at 515 Center Avenue.
