Request Interpreter

Requests for language interpreters may be presented to the ADA Coordinator. The request may be made orally or in writing. Whenever possible the request should be made at least ten (10) days in advance of the date when the interpreter is needed.

Persons with a disability recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act are entitled to reasonable accommodations. The intent of Bay County Court is to assure that individuals with a disability have equal and full access to the judicial system. If you have a disability and require accommodations to participate in court events or need access to court resources, contact the Bay County Courts ADA Coordinator.
