Bay County Phone System Notice

BAY CITY, Mich., December 22, 2016 - Bay County is currently switching to a new phone provider. During this transition the phone system is functioning and calls are able to be sent and received however, when calling the County you will not hear a ring, although the call is connected and ringing internally.

This glitch does not impact emergency operations.
