Bay County is no longer a recipient of a grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and due to this unfortunate circumstance the County is unable to assist homeowners via the Housing Rehabilitation Program. Disabilities Resource Center - Ramp Building Program:
This program helps to build ramps in order to make a home accessible for a wheelchair or an amigo. Ramps are built to meet ADA codes. For more information call 989-895-5444.
