Court Records Request

Public documents filed in a case are not subject to FOIA and will be denied if requested through FOIA.  

Court records need to be requested at the Bay County Court Facility located at 1230 Washington Avenue, Bay City, Michigan, 48708.

Court staff is available by telephone Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
