Extension Council
The Bay County Extension Council is a group of community members selected to collectively provide advice, direction, and support to Michigan State University Extension. Council members each have different backgrounds and networks of influence in the county, which provide the diversity of representation that is essential to Extension's educational efforts. Members serve in an advisory capacity only, have no legal powers to put recommendations into action, and assume no liability from actions taken by MSU Extension. The Extension Council's effectiveness and influence is the counsel it provides rather than legal authority.

Expand the Successful Futures program for families with children ages 0 to 6.
