The Michigan Department of Community Health is sponsoring a series of eight regional meetings to gather input that will be used for a statewide health needs assessment. The Region 3 meeting was held on August 3, 2011 at the DoubleTree Hotel and Conference Center in Bay City.
At the meeting, a chartbook of data was presented with a variety of health and demographic indicators. In addition to state level data, regional data was also discussed.
The work of these regional meetings will be used to craft a statewide health improvement plan. |
