Group which encourages active citizen participation in building a better community. Bay Metro bus route No.2 stops at Smith and LaSalle Streets and is handicapped accessible.

Serves northwest section of Bay City. Advises the city government, with respect to programs for the orderly growth, development and redevelopment of the area. Keeps the residents of the district informed about development plans and other issues of concern. Promotes better relations between local government and residents.
