MEMBERSHIP: Members are elected by the residents of the district. They must live in or own a business in the Columbus Avenue district. Group which encourages active citizen participation in building a better community. Bay Metro bus route Nos. 4 and 9 stop at city hall, which is handicapped accessible.

MEETINGS: Once monthly, 3rd Tuesday 7:00 p.m. in room 317 of City Hall, 301 Washington Avenue.

Serves the Columbus Avenue district of Bay City. Advises the city government with respect to programs for growth, development and redevelopment of the area. Keeps the residents of the district informed about development plans and other issues of concern. Promotes better relations between local government and residents.
