Eligibility requirements vary for each grant or scholarship. A charitable corporation which receives donations of all types, invests such gifts and makes grants from those funds to support charitable, cultural, artistic, civic, educational, and scientific organizations and programs in Bay County. Bay Metro bus route No. 4 stops directly across the street. Office is handicapped accessible. BACF publishes one annual report and two newsletters yearly (untitled).
