Osteoporosis Strength Training Class

Division on Aging receives grant funding to defray the cost of Osteoporosis Strength Training classes offered to area seniors.  The goal of the class, which meets for one hour twice per week for six weeks, is to improve posture, maintain bone mass, and improve overall fitness and flexibility.  There is a fee for the class.  Several sessions are offered throughout the year.  Contact the Volunteer Coordinator at 893-5834 to have your name placed on the list for future classes.
