Homebound individuals age 60 or older who need help with personal care services, such as bathing, shampoo, and limited nail care, may contact Bay County Division on Aging to request the service.  Trained home health aides visit the home to provide services.  A registered nurse or social worker completes the initial interview to assess need, determine hourly fee, and explain services.  Services are provided on a private-pay basis, with fees based on income.
