Information & Referral

Many individuals call Division on Aging to obtain telephone numbers for other community programs.  The Bay-Arenac Call Center at United Way of Bay County maintains the most up-to-date inventory of private non-profit agencies and services in our community.  If a senior or family member contacts Division on Aging seeking specific information about another agency's location, address, or services, we do our best to provide that information.  Call (989) 895-4100 or toll-free 1-877-229-9960 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for more information.
